Our Purpose

Why Destiny ? Of course we engage in the normal activities of most Corvette Clubs like meetings, parties, picnics and cruises. Additionally Destiny enjoys the regional and national recognition of Corvette racing, or autocrossing. Autocrossing is a timed event, one car at a time on a set course, controlled by cones and guides, timed by electronic controls under strict supervision with maximum speeds. Each Corvette is put in a class with Corvette of the same vintage and or class according to their year, modifications, ladies classes, mens class, novice etc. Every car is inspected for safety and road worthiness prior to each event, and rules are laid out prior to each event. You can go as fast as you want withing the confines of the course, or a slow as you want to perhaps just to test your ability and agility.

The purpose of this organization is to increase the popularity of our common interests. We hope to add new members so we will be able to grow and expand. We also want to have fun while when we are together and working on events By developing relationships and friendships, the organization will become even stronger.

Our mission is to further promote the interests of our organization and our members to the community. We strive to make a difference by educating the public and expanding our reach.
